Liam's Poem
The name bespeaks the action
of the man once boy.
Liam is resolution
and has the power to decree
that mind over matter
is to what you will agree.
In ages gone he did lead
with might
and never feared to tread,
where others before had gone.
He needs to know,
what the plan will be
with a certain, certainity.
He maps and plans
then never hesitates
to test the issue out.
If it is safe for a cat to fly
then he will follow
through heat or snow
protected well
by the helmet always on his head
given as a gift
in battle long ago.
He knows full well the power of the mind
and how to keep this -
protected.
