Making an Essence
All the intuitive, intellectual and creative abilities stored within your imagination need to be accessed to create an essence with the vibration most suited to your needs.
It doesn't matter whether you are making your essence from flowers, crystals, shells, bark, coral or any other product supplied by nature, the basic principles are the same.
Each kit made within these pages have been made with a different aspect of purpose in mind. The results which I wished to achieve were different vibrational levels of mind, body and spirit. Sometimes an essence from each range is required to complete the healing.
The ranges listed below were each made separately with different tools and lists of instructions.
The Light Essences

The basic principles were followed of choosing a flower or gemstone at the time most appropriate to the flower.
The next step was to sit the object or plant in a small crytal bowl of pure water in the sun for a period of time - usually about 4 hours.
The bowl was place under a pyramid while still in the sun.
Symbols as required were placed within the bowl.
In most cases music was played which most suited the mood of the plant or object.
A mantra was said over the bowl.
While the essences was "cooking" in the sun a small verse was written to assist the person in the future who would utilise the healing.
The bowl was brought back inside at the appropriate time and the essence strained through a finely woven cloth
The Mother Tincture was preserved in 40% - 50% alcohol and stored in blue bottles.
The mother tincture is then broken down into stock bottles and then into dosage bottles
All essences are made with LOVE
